En tant que stagiaire Technologue, Ingénierie Atelier de peinture, votre rôle principal sera de soutenir l’équipe de conception pour la peinture extérieure des avions. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Chef de l'Atelier de Peinture (Ingénierie/Méthodes).

Vos missions et responsabilités

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous
accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences.
Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :

· 
Travailler en équipe en collaboration avec logistique et méthode pour s’assurer que les peintres aient tout en leur possession pour effectuer une livrée de peinture complète.

· 
Faire des dessins 3D et des dessins techniques de livrée de peinture.

· 
Incorporer des améliorations de procédé.

· 
Aller faire des essais en production des logos crées, pour s’assurer de leur exactitude.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

· 
Pratiquer Catia v5 en 3D et 2D dans un environnement professionnel

· 
Travailler concrètement avec des dessins techniques dans un environnement aérospatial

· 
Acquérir une expérience réelle en travaillant avec une équipe multidisciplinaire

Compétences et qualifications souhaitées

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau DEC ou un BAC en génie mécanique ou appliqué à l’aéronautique dans le domaine de design ou une discipline apparentée ?
Durant vos études et expériences précédentes, vous avez développé les compétences
suivantes :

Vous possédez des qualités de leadership et êtes débrouillard.

· 
Vous maîtrisez le CAO sur Catia v5 autant le 3D (surfacique) que le 2D

· 
Avoir des connaissances des procédés de peinture est un atout

· 
Vous êtes familier avec le logiciel SAP est un atout.

· 
Compétences linguistiques attendues :

· 
Anglais : Intermédiaire

· 
Français Avancé

Your tasks and responsibilities

Your tutor will help you to identify your career objectives and support you in developing
your skills.

Your main activities will be as follows:

Work as a team in collaboration with logistics and method to ensure that painters have everything in their possession to make a complete paint livery.

· 
Make 3D drawings and technical drawings of paint livery

· 
Incorporate process improvements

· 
Go to production trials of the logos created, to ensure their accuracy.

This internship will enable you to develop the following skills in particular:

· 
Practice Catia v5 in 3D and 2D in a professional environment

· 
Working hands-on with technical drawings in an aerospace environment

· 
Gain real-world experience working with a multidisciplinary team

Desired skills and qualifications

During your previous studies and experience, you have developed the following skills:

You must have good knowledge of SAP

You master CAO on CATIA V5 as much 3D (surface) as 2D

· 
You must know how to read a technical drawing

· 
If you have paint process knowledge is an asset

· 
Language skills expected :
○ English: Intermediate
○ French: Advanced
