Dans vos fonctions :

Faisant partie de l'équipe d'essais en vol et d'intégration pour l'A220, le spécialiste en ingénierie des essais en vol est un intégrateur d'essais et un référent technique, agissant de la conception initiale jusqu'à la certification.

L'ingénieur spécialiste des essais en vol est un acteur clé de l'activité d'essais en relation étroite avec l'équipage d'essais en vol, étant le lien fort entre toutes les parties prenantes (bureau d'études, équipage, testeurs, programmes), et assurant l'intégration opérationnelle dans la conception.

Le spécialiste en ingénierie des essais en vol, avec sa vision intégrée et transversale de différents chapitres ATA et de différentes campagnes d'essais, permet d'optimiser les campagnes d'essais et d'harmoniser les processus et les stratégies.

Ce poste sera rattaché au Chef de Département Essais et Analyses (ABIVV) au sein du Centre d'Essais en Vol et d'Intégration (ABIV)

Le poste est basé à Mirabel, Québec.

· 
Vous agissez en tant qu'intégrateur d'essais en vol (vision multi ATA et opérations aéronefs et coordinateur d'essais (point focal organisationnel entre le bureau d'études, l'équipage, les testeurs, l'instrumentation et les programmes)

· 
Vous élaborez la stratégie de test (développement et certification)

· 
Vous contribuez à la conception et aux procédures opérationnelles

· 
Vous êtes le référent technique et opérationnel pour les ingénieurs d'essais en vol (FTE) et les pilotes

· 
Vous organisez les briefings et débriefings des tests

· 
Vous assurez la préparation des tests en vol en assurant la sécurité du vol

· 
Vous participez à des essais d’intégration (délégation de l'équipage pour conduire et rendre compte des sessions de simulation)

· 
Vous assurez une collaboration étendue entre les équipes d'ingénierie, d'essais en vol et de ligne de vol

· 
Vous construisez et partagez votre expertise avec le bureau d'études, les équipages, les testeurs, les autorités

· 
Vous validez et optimisez la planification des essais en vol et au sol

· 
Vous participez à la coordination des activités sur les avions d'essais

· 
Vous aidez à la mise en place des processus et les outils du futur centre d'essais en vol et d'intégration d'Airbus Canada

· 
Vous avez connaissance des règles de Certification (CAR521/525, CS25, FAR33&25, CSE, CRI, AMC, etc...)

En tant que candidat idéal,

· 
Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalauréat ou d'une maîtrise en ingénierie, au minimum

· 
Vous avez de bonnes connaissances dans le domaine de l'Intégration Systèmes et Inter-Systèmes

· 
Vous avez une solide expérience dans les essais en vol et au sol

· 
Vous faites preuve de solides compétences en leadership conformément au modèle de leadership d'Airbus

· 
Vous avez une expérience en ingénierie dans un ou plusieurs programmes de développement d'avions

· 
Vous êtes ingénieux et capable de trouver des moyens créatifs pour atteindre le résultat souhaité, en vous adaptant à des situations en évolution rapide et à des obstacles émergents

· 
Vous avez la capacité de travailler dans des délais stricts au sein d'une équipe intégrée et multidisciplinaire

· 
Vous avez la capacité de travailler sous pression

· 
Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, et la capacité d'interagir avec des experts en la matière concernant une gamme de sujets techniques et opérationnels

· 
Vous pouvez présenter efficacement votre stratégie et influencer les représentants du comité de changement de produit et de la haute direction

· 
Une licence de pilote et une expérience sur des avions complexes serait un atout

· 
Une expérience en gestion de projet serait un plus

In your duty:  

Being part of the Flight and Integration Test team for the A220, the Flight Test Engineering Specialist is a test integrator and a technical referent, acting from early design up to certification.

The Flight Test Engineering Specialist is a key actor of the testing activity in close relation with flight test crew, being the strong link between all stakeholders (design office, crew, testers, programs), and ensuring the operational integration into the design.

The Flight Test Engineering Specialist, with his/her integrated and transverse view from different ATA chapter and different test campaigns, enables optimization of testing campaigns, and harmonization of processes and strategies.

This position will report to the Head of Department Test and Analysis (ABIVV) within the Flight and Integration Test Center (ABIV)

The position is based in Mirabel, Quebec.

· 
You act as a flight test integrator (multi ATA vision and aircraft operations and test coordinator (organizational focal point between the design office, crew, testers, instrumentation and programs)

· 
You develop the test strategy (development and certification)

· 
You contribute to the design and operational procedures

· 
You are the technical and operational referent for flight test engineers (FTE) and pilots

· 
You organize the briefings and debriefings of the tests

· 
You ensure the preparation of flight tests and the safety of flight

· 
You participate in integration tests (delegation of the crew to conduct and report on simulator sessions)

· 
You ensure extensive collaboration between engineering, flight test and flight line teams

· 
You build and share your expertise with the design office, crews, testers, authorities

· 
You validate and optimize the planning of flight and ground tests

· 
You participate in the coordination of activities on test aircraft

· 
You help to set up the processes and tools of the future Airbus Canada flight test and integration center

· 
You are aware of the Certification rules (CAR521/525, CS25, FAR33&25, CSE, CRI, AMC, etc...)

As our ideal candidate,

You have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, as a minimum

· 
You have good knowledge in the field of Systems and Cross-Systems Integration

· 
You have strong experience in flight and ground testing

· 
You show strong leadership skills in line with the Airbus leadership model

· 
You have engineering experience in one or more aircraft development programs

· 
You are resourceful and able to find creative ways to achieve desired outcome, adapting to rapidly changing situations and emerging obstacles

· 
You have the ability to work to strict timescales as part of an integrated, multidiscipline team

· 
You have the ability to work under pressure

· 
You have excellent communication and inter-personal skills, and the ability to interact with subject matter experts regarding a range of technical and operational topics

· 
You can effectively present your strategy and influence representatives of the product change board and of senior management

· 
Having e a Pilot License and experience on complex aircraft would be an Asset

· 
Having experience in Project Management would be a plus
