Summary

The Business Developer will have the responsibility to develop and grow the Pharmaceutical business for Roquette and drive sales of innovation products in Germany.

Job Description

· 
Key Accountabilities   

·  Responsible for managing and growing sales in Northern Germany.
·  Collaborate with Channel partners, as needed, to deliver the best solution to Roquette customers
·  Deliver Sales & Variable Margin target for the Area, as defined by BU Management
·  Lead and coordinate customer interactions
·  Lead negotiation process from initial offer through contracts / pricing.
·  Generate new leads and expand customer base through a “hunter” mentality
·  Promote and drive sales of Innovation products
·  Identify, develop and nurture customer-driven Sales Funnel (project pipeline) in collaboration with Marketing and Customer Technical Service (CTS)
·  Convert “won” opportunities in the Sales Funnel to purchase orders
·  Understand market trends and the competitive environment in our Cosmetics market segments
·  Continuously provide market and customer feedback to all internal stakeholders
·  Maintain and aim to continuously increase the Net Promoter Score (NPS) at customer accounts in the designated regional territory
