·  “Living” the Red Bull On Premise culture

- Bring the brand to life, from the trendiest café’s, bars and clubs in the country; tap into big moments and the most exclusive events.

- Excellence in execution and responsibility of visibility and availability of Red Bull, where ever you go

- Continuous mentoring, coaching and development of the volume at all accounts

 

·  Communication

- Permanent know-how exchange with all On Premise team members and the International On Premise Department

- Establish and nurture relationships with innovators, trendsetters, key influencers, industry players and business partners including, but not limited to, outlet owners/managers, promoters, agencies, artists, creatives, bar staff and bouncers.

- Collaborate with internal (especially On Premise and Culture Marketing) and external stakeholders to leverage business success.

- Build your personal reputation within the local scene, based on your network and extensive knowledge of the gastronomy industry.

- Use your excellent social skills to build strong relationships and leverage them to achieve your goals.

 

·  Strategic Business Planning and Execution

- Develop and continuously evaluate the national business plan aiming for volume growth and the proper brand awareness in On Premise

- Setup sales and individual KPI’s and gather On Premise related T&A figures

- Ensure ROPMs are implementing of the international key strategic programs such as Art of Musketeering, High 5s, and Perfect Musketeer Coverage etc…

- Ensure that ROPMs are developing productive, business relationships with owners and management staff of key on premise accounts in key markets. Cultivation of the national key accounts

- Know your territory, especially upcoming subcultures, like the back of your hand, keep an eye on the latest trends, and maintain a sharp look-out for new opportunities—winning them for Red Bull.

- Following company strategy, use innovative thinking to lay foundations in new areas, for Red Bull to exploit to the full in the future.

- Manage internal and external resources (materials, tools, and budget) to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

 

 

 

·  Consulting & Administration

- As an extension of the On Premise Marketing team, you turn insights into impactful programs and find creative and innovative ways to add value to both Red Bull’s and the customer’s business.

- Leverage your impressive communication skills, and sales and marketing ability to establish Red Bull as a relevant player in new and existing On Premise playgrounds.

- Drive and expand the business by identifying the right sales and marketing occasions at which Red Bull should be present to promote the brand and/or the product.

- Share fact-based success stories to further develop business strategies. Be a point of reference and help other Musketeers targeting new clients in non-traditional outlets.

University Degree preferred (business, marketing, business administration or similar)

· 

Fluent in written and spoken English and or Dhivehi
