Job description

We are looking for an Global Logistics Specialist (m/f) to strengthen our Supply Chain Management Department at the international Red Bull headquarters in Salzburg, Austria. In this challenging position, your focus will be on driving innovation and improvements in the cooperation with our 3PL partners for both warehousing and transportation (inbound and outbound). To further develop the relationship with our 3PL partners, you will also work closely together with our internal stakeholders globally. In addition, you are involved in international logistics projects and you will support our subsidiaries to evaluate and set up new supply chain solutions. ·  Process Management & Improvement Activities

You will identify improvement opportunities and thus constantly screen our processes

Align internally about upcoming needs and demands and adjust our processes accordingly

Be the project lead in improvement projects and the implementation of new business requirements

Develop standardized and automated processes to support our business

·  Stakeholder Management

Closely communicate with external & internal stakeholders such as Purchasing and Planning

Prioritize identified requirements and needs from the new partner and communicate implementation strategies to stakeholders

·  Management of Third-Party Logistics Providers

You will be responsible for further developing our KPI and reporting tools to ensure that they reflect the needs of internal and external customers

Monitoring, benchmark and manage the performances of all 3PL partners

Responsible for managing and monitoring (high level) of all international inbound and outbound deliveries

Processing Logistics administration

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, preferably in an international FMCG environment

· 
Strong project management skills with a definite “completer/ finisher” mentality

· 
Very good knowledge of SAP R/3 (Module SD / MM), MS Office

· 
Proactivity, strong communication skills, team player, Problem Solver

· 
Willingness to take responsibility

· 
Entrepreneur: Willingness to learn and to work in a demanding and fast-changing environment

· 
Process orientation: holistic view of processes and experience in change management projects

· 
An analytical mind, able to isolate key issues and plans major initiatives to minimize problems and exploit opportunities.

· 

Degree in Business Administration or similar

· 

Very good knowledge of English and German
