The Content Developer role is critical to developing compelling, clear and consistent copy for various enablement methods such as tools and assets. Additionally, the Content Developer will create Seller, Executive, and Sales leader communications for a global audience. The Sales Enablement Content Developer will be responsible for creating and editing sales enablement content, communications, copy used in digital tools and assets. This role will interface with multiple team members on various enablement projects and ensure consistency of messages across various content and communications.
This role requires a unique combination of curiosity, creativity, and a passion for seller success.
Responsibilities
· Provide quality content development based on an understanding of how sales enablement content impacts Seller effectiveness
· Partner with team members on various projects including the development of microsites and curated enablement content, development of enablement programs and assets, and creating communications to build leader and seller awareness and activation
· Manage requirements and prioritization, oversee development and delivery of high value, compelling enablement content and communications
· Ensure content is focused on global Sellers where English is a second language
· Educate new and existing stakeholders about enablement content and communications especially related to digital
This position will be located in IBM offices in Austin, Texas.
Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· 2+ years experience in Marketing Content editing
· Experience in creating content for different mediums: digital, in-person
· Excellent written communication skills
· Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or closely-related field
