Your Role and Responsibilities

·  The Identity Access Management Specialist (IAM) is responsible for manual user lifecycle management for in-scope systems using multi-tier request processing and fulfillment model, management of in-scope RACF profiles and policies, administration, and ongoing enhancement of in-scope authentication services, including technologies such as CyberArk, Saviynt, OKTA or others.
·  IAM Specialists are also responsible for the administration of access roles and policies, execution of re-certification campaigns, and management of Privileged Access Management accounts.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  +3 years of IAM experience working with OKTA (Installation, integration, and deployment in multiple environments).
·  OKTA Professional certification required.
·  Experience troubleshooting OKTA integration issues, performing Root Cause Analysis and providing fixes to complex issues.
·  In-depth understanding of SAML, OAuth and OpenID and extensive experience in integrations.
·  Experience working with authentication services, user lifecycle, and policy management.
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills in english.
·  Knowledge in IT Security

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Comptia Security+, ISC(2) SSCP, or equivalent.
·  +2 years of experience perfoming App Integration and OKTA deployment in a new environments.
·  +4 years of experience working with IAM technologies such as CyberArk, Savyint, Sailpoint, or OKTA.
·  OKTA Administrator or higher certification (OKTA Consultant/OKTA Developer).
