At IBM, the Associate Advisor will apply consultative, research and analytic skills to partner with IBM Business Units (BUs) to manage the Offering Net Promoter Score (NPS) digital platform and drive continued program enhancements.
Position summary and responsibilities:
This position works with internal BU stakeholders and NPS colleagues to instrument Client Moments of Truth, assist in on-going execution and help integrate NPS into offering management systems and culture.
The Associate Advisor responsibilities include:
· Assist in scaling NPS implementations across the BU portfolios, addressing unique offering needs and effectively working with cross-organizational and vendor teams
· Partner with BUs to prepare for NPS Steering Committee reviews, address NPS questions and perform analysis (ex. volume roadmap and required actions)
· Assist NPS Program Implementation Leaders in driving continuous NPS program innovation; seek opportunities to implement platform and program enhancements
· Promote Client advocacy and adoption of NPS through BU partnerships to expand platform knowledge, generate insights and drive cultural change
· Address NPS ad hoc requests
Skills and Attributes:
· Able to manage multiple, high priority projects simultaneously and meet demanding timelines
· Have excellent communication skills, verbal and in writing, in English
· Be self-motivated and able to operate independently with limited guidance and direction
· Innovative thinker
· Collaborative, team player This position will be located in New York City (preferred) or Armonk, NY.
Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
