Danone Specialized Nutrition Cambodia Business Services is seeking for  Careline Advisor . - Selected data from system and retention mums via outbound call

- Be a health and nutrition advisor to the mums from pregnancy to child stage via telephone call.

- Make outbound calls and consult on nutrition follow the journey of mum’s club.

- Advice on company information.

- Get data convert mother from product consultancy (PC)

- Validation call to the project assign by careline manager

- Monthly report for hit rate of PC and validation call project.

About you

- Minimum pursuing bachelor’s degree in Nurse and Midwives and related field

- Be able to communicate in English 

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Khmer language

- At least 1 year experience in Call center (Careline) 

- Knowledge in Careline, complaint handling and negotiation skill 

- Minimum 3-year experience in consumer connect 

- Knowledge of Nutrition is preferable
