AP Accountant with Hungarian

ABOUT THE JOB

As a part of Accounts Payable Team supporting Eastern Europe countries you will be responsible for managing end to end accounts payable process according to group accounting standards. You will be cooperating on daily basis with Danone Group business controllers and local suppliers both based in Hungary.

Key responsibilities:

• registering and posting accounting documents in line with standing procedures;

• issue resolution with local business and follow-up;

• preparing payments;

• maintaining contact with suppliers to answer queries related to payments;

• month-end closing specific activities: analyses, reconciliations, debit balances, GR/IR, ageing - ad hoc, on request;

• Being active back up for other Eastern Europe entities.

ABOUT YOU

You are ideal candidate if you have:

- university degree (accounting);

- previous AP experience or cooperation with Hungarian clients will be a strong asset;

- good level of English enabling effortless and fluent communication in everyday tasks in international environment; good command of Hungarian;

- knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Navision) and Excel.
