JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the recruitment of working students and interns
Independent communication with potential candidates through adequate channels (Social Media)
Support the hiring process for professionals (e.g. Active Sourcing, interviews)
Optimization of recruiting processes
Coordinating and execution of Human Resources Marketing activities
Conceptual support in various Human Resources projects
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Enrolled student at the advanced stage in Human Resources, Psychology or any other studies with emphasis on HR or related fields
First working experiences in HR and talent acquisition through previous internships are beneficial
Fluent German and English skills
Proper use of MS Office programs
Reliability, conscientiousness , commitment and initiative are core skills
You have an open personality and like to work in a team
You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
