The role 

 

- Leads Credit Assessment Models projects worldwide

- Builds and maintains Credit Assessment Models worlwide

 

Future challenges

 

- Rolling out Best in Class Credit Assessment Models 
- Change management considering local specificities
- Rolling out Credit Assessment Models in less mature markets
 

Main tasks

 

- Manages day-to-day relationship with regional and local Credit Assessment teams
- Manages worldwide Credit Assessment models implementation
- Build code in an industrial way while launching implementation in various countries
- Use of applied analytics, descriptive statistics, and predictive analytics on various datasets
- Builds and maintains Credit Assessment models (pre-processing and modelling) according to Allianz Trade global Credit Assessment models standards and Modelling Framework
- Liaises with Group IT & Ops team for model deployment in production
 

Typical Functional skills/Experiences

 

- Business expertise:
  * Successful track record in implementing Python machine learning algorithms
  * Very good data analysis and stratification skills
  * Strong expertise in advanced modelling and model performance monitoring
   * IT knowledge of Python/Pandas, Scikit-learn , Gitlab CI, AWS (ECS; Athena; RDS/PostgreSQL)

- Interpersonal skills:
  *• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* manage intercultural projects with various different backgrounds
  * drive a change forward and communicate decisions taken
  * good project management skills
