JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The assistant to the WA Central Process manager and Controller will contribute:
•To produce the WA Policy Administration reportings
•To supports the PA RMs on their KPIs by providing pre-analysed / identified issues where to focus
•To develop training on process and maintain the WA PA newcomer kit, ensures a thorough knowledge and deep understanding of the technicalities (business or tools) across the full worldwide community, provides on-the-spot and ad-hoc trainings when needed and uses Chatter as a main media

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

•Strong skills in Excel 2010 (Pivot table) and Agile with Power point, digital communication tools (e.g. Skype, chatter, Klaxoon, Prezi, Powtoon, …)
•Fluent in English
•Ability to work with different culture
•Good Analytical skills
