JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support project managers to organize and deliver the AVC solution for Allianz customers, liaise with customers for application status checks for every batch of rollout users onto AVC
Support project managers to oversee the smooth functioning of every rollout
Create management reports on migration progress (e.g. PowerPoint presentations)
Organize meeting and prepare meeting minutes
Create and maintain application, action and defect lists
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Preferred study areas: IT, Engineering, Business Informatics
0–1 years' experience in project management domain. Software project management experience or interest in the area of IT is good to have
Proficient English speaking is mandatory
Basic MS-Office knowledge required (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
You can start immediately and are interested in an internship in full-time (38h/week)
