Internship / Co-op
Implement project management skill sets and methodologies to address requirements that impact several services (including a global migration project).
Identify process gaps and support efforts to achieve Service Readiness.
Support collaboration with stakeholders to provide solutions to adapt internal and external processes, policies, protocols, and tools that will enable a new approach for accessing FMO services.
Assist PM and Solution Architect with improving service concepts (intermediate and long-term solution) by tracking and supporting alignment efforts with Line Organization, Service Provider and Global Migration Project SMEs.
Masters student (Business/International Management or Technical background with Project Management skills)
Excellent English proficiency, German language skills are beneficial but not required
Profound knowledge in MS Office
Ability to work in an international and complex environment with demanding stakeholder
Ability to work under pressure
Being proactive and able to take responsibility for parts of project
Available to start immediately or latest by end of September/beginning of October 2018 as an intern (full time – 38/week)
The internship lasts 6 months and could be extended.

An attractive monthly salary of 1,550 € for internships (also for mandatory internships) and for working students 1,700 € for bachelor students and 1,900 € for Master students (on a full-time base)
