Support design and run of a monthly process involving Ops, Finance and HR to verify and sign off actual FTE and financial data (incl. a process to measure seasonal FTE data)
Support COOs and regional COOs to embed this process in the organization for a monthly reporting cycle
Support the data collection and data clean up on a monthly basis
Analyse bottom-up numbers to identify and create transparency on deviations to SAP and/or other HR/Finance systems
Work with Finance and HR on eliminating system deviations over time
Analyze actual vs. plan FTE numbers and financials as part of regular performance management
Coordinate the financial planning process (as part of the annual PD) with Finance and the COOs and CFOs in the BUs / regions
For all these tasks, collaborate closely with Global Ops performance management
Education (MA level) preferably in the fields of CS/engineering (or other STEM subjects) or business administration/management
3-6 years of work experience in Finance, preferably within the Allianz Group
Good knowledge of Finance processes and systems (SAP is a plus) at large financial institutions; knowledge of Finance at Allianz is a plus
End product driven with strong analytical capabilities
Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions; ability to motivate and influence key stakeholders and drive change
Previous experience of operating in an international and large organization, incl. proven cultural sensitivity required to drive change in a multinational setup
Existing relationship within Finance and HR at Allianz are a definite plus
Excellent diplomatic and communication skills (upward and downward management)
Comfortable in a changing environment, where short-notice requests are expected
Highly motivated, dynamic, self-steering
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
Broad commercial awareness (e.g. experience in different industries)
Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
Fluent in English. German / French or other languages will be an advantage
Willingness to travel
