Job Description

What you will be doing:

·  Assist guests to their tables and offers them drinks and cold towel
·  Take care of the guest and ensure the cleanliness of their table.
·  Ensure all relevant SOPs are adhered to for consistent level of service.
·  Knowledgeable of the Resort outlets’ promotions/opening hours/ services offered as well as other facilities.
·  Monitor and record guests’ movements in the assigned outlet.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Maldives-based work experience is preferred.
·  Proficient in English and Russian.
·  Working knowledge of MICROS.
·  Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
·  Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
·  Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
