Would you like to be part of  a dynamic transnational and diverse team ? 

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Configuration Management Center of Competence (1ZC). The Aircraft Change Process, a key process at the heart of Airbus operations (enabling the definition, management and implementation of all modifications on all civil and A400M Aircrafts), is currently undergoing a major transformation under the responsibility of the Aircraft Change Process Team (1ZCM).

As part of the  Airbus India configuration management team working closely with Aircraft Change Process Support team (1ZCMD), you will be driving the change in a multicultural, multi functional and very wide community.

Your main responsibilities will be:

· 
To participate and contribute to the definition of the new Aircraft Change Process (ACS Convergence Sub Epic projects)

· 
To coach and support (along with the whole team) the whole Aircraft Change Process operators community representing around 17000 people (internal functions: Program, Engineering, Customer Services, Procurement and supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and the Extended Enterprise) on all aspects of the process (CR and associated deliverables, MP and MP Dossier, Product Configuration Target and baselines, Decision Boards and MOD closure activities)

· 
To analyze, manage and resolve a varied range of incidents related to the Aircraft change process (CR, MP, MOD management, MOD Closure, MOD Decisions) involving all necessary stakeholders (IM teams, Process teams within and without the CM CoC scope, Process operators) on many tools (ICC-CADB, ICC-ACP, MCT, ACC). These include:

· 
User access management for Aircraft Change Process tools (ICC- CADB, ICC-ACP, MCT)

· 
Process clarifications for CR and associated deliverables, MP and associated deliverables, Product Configuration Target and baseline, Decision Boards MOD action and MOD closure activities)

· 
Root cause analysis and resolution of process and tool issues

· 
Update of key Aircraft characteristics to allow programs operations and deliveries

· 
To deploy the Aircraft Change Process processes and tools to all programs and functions

· 
To ensure Process Operators appropriate use of the process by means of monitoring and auditing

· 
Develop and deploy improved ways of working for providing support to the operation, proposing innovative and disruptive ideas for the so called “BOS 2.0” using data analytics and AI (Artificial Intelligence)

· 
Contribute to strength Airbus India footprint & CM community network

· 
Use the whole team competencies to reach the objectives

Requirements for the position:

· 
Knowledge of the whole Aircraft Change Process phases

· 
Knowledge of the tools ICC-ACP, ICC-CADB, MCT and ACC

Your main challenges will be:

· 
To stay focus on the process ultimate goals despite conflicting requests

· 
To engage all levels of the organization into implementing the decided changes to the process

· 
To respond quickly and efficiently to urgent support needs from the operators in order to secure Aircraft deliveries

· 
To investigate efficiently a wide range of incidents with the relevant experts and stakeholders

As part of the wider Aircraft Change Process team, you will be able to share and use expertise with the whole transnational team in order to achieve your goals and the overall team objectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

5 years degree in engineering or equivalent with a proven experience

A Project Management experience would be beneficial

Digital solutions, Data analytics, AI

Excellent communication skills

Team spirit

Fluent level in English , Hindi / Canares as a plus

Rigorous, curious and autonomous

Able to integrate into team and be a flexible team player

Proactive

Ability to work in a transnational environment with workload peaks.
