The Zalando Partner Program, the center of Zalando’s Direct-To-Consumer platform (Zalando Media Solutions, Fulfillment by Zalando, Partner Program), is a separate commerce channel which complements Zalando’s core wholesale business. As the platform for brands and retailers to connect with our customers across Zalando’s diverse business verticals, we work with selected partners to:

·  Connect all potential available online and offline stock
·  Deliver a high quality online shopping experience by offering a broader brand assortment
·  Create a dynamic feedback loop of information to test brands or articles not in wholesale. 

Support the Zalando Key Account Management Team to grow and expand business of our live partners in all Zalando shops. Portfolio planning, in-season merchandising and the monitoring of the operational performance are our key drivers to success. In addition, the Key Account Management drives and supports several topics in the field of logistics, customer service and customer satisfaction related projects for the Partner Program.

Your Challenge

·  You’ll be responsible for helping the Key Account Managers in their day-to-day tasks while they monitor the new article onboarding and do the assortment planning
·  Your daily tasks include placing test orders, maintaining data in our systems and creating presentation slides for internal and external stakeholders
·  You’ll develop performance reports and closely monitor partner KPIs like net merchandise value, cancellation rates, return rates, delivery times

What you’ve got

·  Currently, you are studying Business Administration or Logistics/ Supply Chain Management
·  You have a passion for technology and the fashion industry and ideally gained initial work experience through internships in this area
·  Good organizational skills and an eye for detail even when working under pressure is one of your strengths, your independent and results-oriented way of working singles you out
·  The clarity of your words is unsurpassed, you are fluent in English and in German knowledge of other languages is a plus
·  You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
