Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) is the €2.5bn+ foodservice division of Unilever which provides a range of professional food and beverage products and services to chefs across 72 countries. UFS DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) is the marketleader in its categories and has ambitious growth objectives.
Currently UFS largely relies on sales reps visiting chefs to generate demand. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and digital communication offer a huge opportunity to increase demand beyond the chefs we visit regularly. Being successful in this field requires a deep insight in Chefs needs as well as the ability to combine and streamline various on and off-line touchpoint to create engaging operator Journeys for Chefs

The Food Solutions marketing division is looking for a

Webshop Manager Manager - in Hamburg, Vienna, or Thayngen

As Webshop manager you will be responsible for the daily management of the Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) Webshop and the UFS Chefs Reward Loyalty Program in our 3 countries. As part of the DACH digital team you will be driving conversion and sales through our e-commerce channels and optimize user journeys and experience across multiple digital touchpoints and traffic sources. By that you will also play a pivitol role in exceeding our ambitious targets and expansion plans.

What are your key accountabilities?

· Manage the DACH ‘UFS Webshop' and ‘Chefs Rewards Program', with in-house or outsourced resources.
· Provide the internal structure and processes to sustainably utilize the ‘UFS Webshop' and ‘Chefs Rewards Program', in close cooperation with different departments within UFS
· Manage operational relationship with agency partners and function as first point of contact for the ‘UFS webshop' and ‘Chefs Rewards Program'.
· Continue to drive the optimization of usability and functionality to increase customer base and build loyalty.
· Measure, monitor and optimize the performance
· Analyse customer structure,- buying behavior und satisfaction
· Contribute to building of best practices i
· Implement activation and promotion plans

What are the key skills & qualification?

· Good understanding of customer journeys and the activities to drive conversion to sale
· Creative mind with a test-and-learn mentality
· Have a passion for winning; must always seek improvement and best practise;
· Challenge existing ways of working externally and internally to optimise processes;
· Team player that can work cross-functional (both with marketing- and sales departments).
· Contribute with customer insights to the development of the UFS eCom strategy
· Result driven
· Passionate, energetic and enthusiastic about shoppers, pioneering a new channel and delivering results. Good interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills are preferred.
· Demonstrable track record of building collaborative and productive customer relationships.
· Bachelor degree in marketing-, communication- or commercial direction
· 3-5 years of working experience in similar function
· Experienced in digital / online marketing in B2C or B2B branch
· Fluent German & English,
