BACKGROUND
The main purpose of the Geo IT Analyst role is to support the Geography IT Manager on a number of cross Cluster projects and support for the Geography IT Leadership Team.
Key to the role is to understand the key interfaces into Global IT Innovation, Service Lines & Service Operations within scope of responsibility and work effectively with these teams in the delivery of the projects
The IT Analyst must understand the broad plans for IT and will participate in the achievement of these plans and effectively communicate these within the Geography IT Team
The IT Analyst will be responsible for producing high quality presentational material to be shared both internally within IT and externally with the Business as part of this work and also will need to manage complex spreadsheets for those projects that require detailed analysis
The IT analyst will also support the IT Manager in driving usage of the tools & technologies that are available to ensure Geography IT are demonstrating best practice. This will involve Teams, Power BI etc
The IT Analyst will partner with the Geography IT Teams at all levels in the areas of responsibility. This role is fast moving and challenging and the individual needs to be flexible in reacting to changing priorities
ROLE PROFILE- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Supporting Leadership Team
Support Global PMO & Transition Lead & Cluster Leadership Team in various global projects & activities.
Business Partnering
Engage with the business teams across the globe, to work on various projects and support any cross cluster activities. Also being the first point of contact for GEO IT & Service Lines for any comms or issues that need to be highlighted.
Employee Experience Improvement
Help PMO & Transition Lead and various Service Lines in driving Employee Experience Improvements across the business
Supporting in preparation for the quarterly Employee Experience Steering board meetings & follow up the actions that were raised on those meeting to make sure they are resolved and nothing is outstanding.
Manage the weekly Change Advisory Board with Cluster SPOCs and Service Line contacts to discuss various projects, changes or initiatives that might impact users - building agenda, running call, taking and following up actions, preparing meeting summary etc
Help Service Lines with communicating various changes / initiatives & completing data collections or validations
Town Hall meetings preparation
Planning & preparation for the monthly meetings including setting up calls, slides preparation, room bookings, speaker notes etc
Helping to make sure the agenda is varied, current and working with the other functional areas to get great input
Responsible for take actions in meetings, afterwards sharing materials & recordings
Geo IT leadership Team support
Assist in preparing the material for the monthly Geo ITLT this will involve working closely with the Cluster IT Teams to prepare the pre-read material, consolidating this feedback and preparing a concise overview with the key actions/decisions identified
Maintain a central repository of the Geo ITLT material this will include the pre-read and action tracker.
Tools & Technologies
Be an expert in the tools & technologies available and support the IT Director in driving best practise within Geography IT
Work with the internal IT Team to ensure knowledge is maintained and with the Cluster IT Teams to help support them in implementing improvements
Support cascade any Infosec or Security requirements.
Managing adoption projects across all clusters like Docusign and Power BI
Compliance, Disaster Recovery Plans & Strategic Initiative
Working with Cluster SPOCs on planning & completing relevant tests/work in order to meet compliance
Highlight risks to the IT Manager when compliance might not be met and helping to resolve with the cross cluster teams
Omnibus project
Managing Omnibus Project consisting of 700K Euros to fund small legal/fiscal changes to the SAP system and working with the IT Finance BP in order to be able to provide regular financial reports of the spend to the Line Manager
Finance
Responsible for all PO, DO and GR for the central team
Dashboards & Tracking
Responsible for producing all GEO IT dashboards on a quarterly basis for the leadership team
Tracking any projects needs to make sure we have a clear global view e.g. Compliance, security, Service Introduction
Ad hoc projects
A number of additional projects/initiatives will come up that require both short term and long term support. In some cases this will be preparing presentational material for a meeting that is coming up or in other instances more detailed analysis which will requires managing complex spreadsheets and co-ordinating and driving the work across all Clusters
In preparing the presentational material the individual will need to digest quite complex information and be able to present it back in a concise way ensuring the key messages are emphasised.
Help in finalising Admin Right & Local Admin Accounts removal projects
Working on change management & various processes improvements
Responsible for writing all comms and templates for the team, working with all other to communicate any info effectively

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 A-levels.
Basic project management skills.
Experience of working in one or more IT or shared services teams.
Proven ability to work as part of a global virtual team in a dynamic environment.
Evidence of business partnering.
Experience of working in one or more IT or shared services teams.
Experience in supporting complex projects (minimum 2 years).
