FINANCIAL PROFFSESIONAL

LOCATION: KATOWICE HUB

DEPARTMENT: I&A FINANCE

Key accountabilities:

• Translating business requirements into the design of end-to-end global and local information solutions spanning source SAP transaction systems through to data modelling, data warehouses, master data and front-end tools such as Power BI designing compelling formats and insightful user journeys.

• Key team member in the build, test and global deployment of such E-2-E information solutions, assisting in the managing and co-ordinating of a large global network of cross-functional internal and external teams including IT, Process, Master data, country business, etc.

Experience and qualifications required:

• Graduate and Qualified management accountant.

• Minimum 6 years' experience built up over a number of Finance and Information Management roles including Financial Planning and Analysis, management reporting, financial control, partnering the business in performance management in a large multi-category and multi-geography company.

• Experience in translating business requirements into the design of end-to-end global and local information solutions spanning source SAP transaction systems through to data modelling, data warehouses and front-end tools such as Power BI designing compelling formats and insightful user journeys.

• Experience as a team member in large global projects to build, test and deployment of such E-2-E information solutions, playing a key role to work with a large global network of cross-functional internal and external teams including IT, Process, Master data, country business, etc.

The candidate will be a good team player displaying leadership traits in participating in key thrusts of the department with potential to advance to a leadership position. A strong intellect and business acumen combined with good interpersonal skills would be required, as well as attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.

Key Technical Skills:

• Management accounting including Financial Planning & Analysis skills.

• Information management skills including business analysis, data and information modelling, designing insightful and compelling formats and user journeys on business performance.

• Skills in the design, construction and maintenance of front-end tools such as Power BI with a strong working knowledge of data warehousing.

• Business partnering skills with the ability to communicate with business managers

• Business acumen.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work well within a team environment.

• Good Excel skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
