Your responsibilities

You will be part of the global function ‘Group Processes and Information Technology’ (GPI), being responsible for the design, implementation and rollout of a worldwide harmonized Field Operation Template (FOT) to achieve data and process harmonization (daproh) at thyssenkrupp Elevator. The global standardization of master data management is an integral part of enabling global processes and reporting requirements as well as to best support the business operations.

·  You will drive forward the worldwide harmonized master data governance model, promote and drive the approach of global standardized master data processes and convey associated benefits for the operating business.
·  In close collaboration with with business and functional units you will define, implement and continuously enhance the global master data governance model and processes related to a Global Master Data System (GMDS).
·  Furthermore, you will work closely with Field Logistics to help establish and maintain master data standards, data quality principles and business rules.
·  You will also support the rollout countries to implement and utilize the new governance model and processes, by leveraging the benefits of shared services.
·  Additionally, you will rollout the global master data governance model and processes into the countries, along with the rollout of the FOT as well as align and adjust to FOT rollout scenario the data migration concept and rules to ensure the adjusted concept is validated and audit proof.
·  In order to maintain master data in day-to-day operations, you will provide support in developing and implementing a shared services model, in close collaboration with thyssenkrupp Global Shared Services and Business Units.
·  Last but not least, you will contribute and represent the GPI department within respective committees.

Your profile

·  University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent qualification
·  At least 3-5 years of professional experience in master data management environment, data and process harmonization initiatives as well as ERP implementations, linked with knowledge about required coordination and communication between business, functional units and IT
·  High level of engagement, flexibility, creativity and reliability
·  Change management skills and ability to drive the global master data governance model forward
·  Strong communication and social skills paired with a solution-oriented approach
·  Fluent in English, further languages of advantage
·  Willingness to travel and to work in a global environment
