Job description
In this challenging function you are responsible for the development of the S&OP dashboard in cooperation with relevant departments within the company's value chain. In addition, you ensure high standards in creating in-depth analysis and reports related to product availability, inventory, forecast accuracy, order fulfilment and supplier performance. In so doing, you essentially contribute to the development of the S&OP process within Swarovski.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Your main tasks will include:
Monthly preparation and analysis of the S&OP KPI's as a decision-making basis for the management within the S&OP process
Active development of the S&OP dashboard which will serve as a central platform for monitoring supply chain performance
Participation in the ongoing development of the central and local S&OP processes
Support other departments in developing reports and answering current business questions by carrying out ad-hoc analysis
Close collaboration with the IT and BI department in order to enhance data availability and accessibility in IT systems used in the field of S&OP
WHAT WE EXPECT
This role requires a person with a university degree – ideally in business analytics, statistics, supply chain management or a similar field – and at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience. You have experience in business analytics, data preparation, a flair for figures and analytical & process-oriented understanding. Your strong communication skills as well as your persuasiveness are your assets to be successful in this position. You bring a very good command of MS Office, SAP BW/BO and English. SAS programming skills would be a plus.
