Job description
Role Summary/Purpose
In this role, the Manufacturing Lab Technician will be responsible for supporting the production and lot release of standards, reagents and other consumables products by preparing dilutions, performing chemical blending, sampling, performing data analysis, etc.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
· Maintain calibration and preventative maintenance on laboratory equipment
· Troubleshoot both product and production equipment issues
· Oversee production assistant work to ensure production schedules are met
· Practice workplace safety and safe material handling
Work Schedule
Typical working hours for this position are Monday through Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. with OT as required due to spikes in customer demand, and sometimes Saturday work when needed.
