Descriptif du poste

As Greenly's operations continue to grow, the need of an Editorial Director to strengthen our teams becomes more and more evident. Greenly's role is now to educate the market on a large scale, by producing as much content as possible on climate issues, in a wide range of formats.

Reporting directly to Arnaud, our co-Founder and CMO, this role will help us accelerate our notoriety and position ourselves as a reference on the topic.

Further than that, your contributions through this role will play a pivotal role in our mission to create a greener and more sustainable world

Your missions

1. Developing editorial angle

· 
Define the editorial line : Establish a clear vision for media content, aligned with Greenly's mission and with the expectations coming from our target audience.

· 
Content innovation: Explore innovative editorial formats to engage audiences and inspire them to climate action.

· 
Research and validation : Deepen topics by conducting rigorous research and validating information with experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.

· 
Internal collaboration : Work closely with marketing, technical and scientific teams to create content that reflects Greenly's maturity and development.

· 
Feedback and adjustments : Gather audience feedback to continually refine editorial strategy and improve engagement.

2. Content creation

· 
Data stories : Implement the production and follow-up of data stories, which are in-depth analyses of events from a climate perspective, using data to tell compelling and informative stories.

· 
Increased production : Increase production of multimedia content, including videos and podcasts, to diversify communication channels and increase audience engagement.

· 
Stakeholder identification : Identify and engage key players from the general public, experts and companies (particularly CSR managers and ESG experts), to enrich content with diverse and specialized perspectives.

· 
Strategic collaborations : Partner with organizations and influencers to co-create content that amplifies the reach and impact of climate messages.

3. KPI management and Business Impact

· 
KPI definition : Establish a clear policy of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of content produced as well as the impact on target audiences.

· 
Data analysis : Use analytics tools to track content performance and understand target preferences and behaviors.

· 
International adaptation : Adapt KPIs and content strategies to ensure relevance in international markets, while respecting cultural and regulatory peculiarities.

· 
Impact on Greenly : Evaluate how the medium contributes to Greenly's business objectives, for example by measuring increased brand awareness and commitment to environmental initiatives.

· 
Reporting and adjustments : Provide regular reports on performance and propose strategic adjustments to optimize the overall impact of the project.

4. Guest article policy

· 
Establish selection criteria : Define criteria and procedures for the selection of sponsored articles, whether paid for by external brands or offered free of charge by community members.

· 
Brand collaborations : Negotiate and organize partnerships with companies wishing to publish paid content, ensuring that these articles respect Greenly's values and editorial standards.

· 
Community engagement : Encourage community members (customers, ESG Connect members) to contribute with their own articles, providing a platform for sharing personal stories and expert climate analysis.

· 
Quality control : Ensure that all invited articles, whether commercial or community-based, maintain a high level of quality, relevance and scientific integrity.

· 
Impact measurement : Evaluate the impact of the guest article policy on audience engagement, diversity of perspectives, and Greenly's visibility in the climate field.

5. Leading Greenly's scientific network

· 
You will be in charge of developing and animating Greenly's scientific network with a view to creating authoritative content.

· 
Work to exploit Greenly Institute and statistical data to obtain press releases in authoritative journals;

Profil recherché

· 
3 years experience in the media industry.

· 
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

· 
A creative and strategic mindset that can generate and execute innovative and engaging content ideas.

· 
A keen sense of market trends, the audience preferences, and the competitive landscape in our field.
