What part will you play?
·  You will be responsible for the strategic business development of key customers in Motion Control's segment GMC. Together with strategic marketing you work continuously on the market transparency of the GMC segments and develop and improve these further
·  Your field of activity includes the strategic management of sales projects, as well as the professional management of interdisciplinary and intercultural teams, consisting of business development, sales region, controlling and application in a matrix organization in order to open up prioritized segments
·  You identify and evaluate the attractiveness of segments outside the known industries and prioritize them. In addition, you create and update industry profiles for the identified segments with business potential
·  You determine and implement suitable promotion measures such as advertising, trade fairs, roadshows, acquisition film sets and information events
·  Furthermore you create descriptions of applications and define guidelines for creating standardized applications for machines, technologies and industries
·  You define a go-to-market strategy and support its worldwide implementation together with regional management and the vertical VMM Electronics
What you need to make real what matters.
·  The foundation of your success is a successfully completed degree in electrical engineering
·  You impress with many years of professional experience in the field of electronic manufacturing or in the field of semiconductor industry. Experience in drive consulting is highly desirable
·  Because our business operates worldwide, you score with intercultural knowledge
·  You have a willingness to travel of approx. 20%
·  You communicate business fluently in German and very well in English
·  You convince us with your excellent communication skills
