Missions
As DC Quality Leader your main tasks will be to develop the Quality function within our Distribution Center. For that your main tasks will be :
1/ Lead, propose and support improvements to ensure a reliable process to solve customer complaint within the entity and to increase customer satisfaction, productivity and effectiveness.
2/ Lead the deployment of Process Robustness project in the DC (drive pFMEA analysis, define actions plan, CAPEX). Continuously track the process robustness performance (internal defect reduction and non-quality cost reduction).
3/ Collaborate and challenge the relevant function (Order Processing, Method, Management…) In order to improve the efficiency of our processes and improve Customer Experience.
4/ Work closely with Method team and develop the PokaYoke/Jidoka Culture in the plant to improve the robustness and efficiency of our processes. Propose simple technical solution based on experience and knowledge.
5/ Be self-driven and Bold in your idea : propose and lead deployment of Innovative and digital solutions to continue our Smart factory journey. Be a strong promoter of Digital solutions to improve the efficiency and reliability of our processes.
Exigences
Profile and Competencies
Education: Master degree or equivalent in Industrial engineering
Technical Field:
Technical background in electronic, mechanic, automatism
Work experience needed: +5 Degree
Requested languages (marked as bilingual, fluent, well known, basic knowledge): Fluent in English, Swedish is a plus
Personal abilities or skills:
Good communication skills and willing to adapt/learn from a different culture.
The VIE is able to lead the change and have a teamwork spirit.
The VIE is willing to continuously learn and spread his/her knowledge.
A first experience in Quality or Methods is required as we need the VIE to be proactive in 8D methodology, pMFEA, PCP.
