Work environment
The "Machine Solutions" entity of Schneider Electric Group (24 Billion €, 140 000 employees) is specialized in the conception and manufacturing of automation devices (Controllers, PLCs, servo drives and servo motors…) for machine builders.
“Eliwell” is the competency center of “Machine Solutions” for solutions designed for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) machine manufacturers.
The department is in Belluno in Northeast Italy and regroups 100 persons working in both Research and Development, Marketing, Production and related support function.
Reporting to the Offer Manager in the Marketing department of Eliwell, you will be responsible of marketing activities related to HVAC controller offer. This offer includes programmable controllers, display, sensors and accessories which are commercialized by Schneider Electric country organizations to their customers.
Position will be located in Belluno, Italy.
Main missions
1/ Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into reports and presentations
2/ Follow field test by promoting new offer and tracking issue or evolution requirements
3/ Define and create communication assets to support and promote offer during launch phases
4/ Create and analyze monthly sales report to understand market trends and situation in the countries.
5/ Interact with the technical support and solution center to analyze customer needs and integration to the roadmap
Exigences
Profile and Competences (mandatory if a hiring process has to be launched)
Education: master degree in automation or mechatronics engineering
An additional marketing background in Industrial Business to Business is highly appreciated.
Knowledges in HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) application is a plus.
Fluent in English, you will work in an international environment.
You have:
- A great capability of analysis and synthesis
- Skills in communication and great capacity to convince
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods
- Excellent knowledges of MS Office (excel and ppt)
- Italian and/or French is a real plus
You are:
- Autonomous, proactive and flexible
- Capable of adapting to an international environment and to work efficiently with people.
- Position may require international business travels up to 1 week per trimester.
