PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Product & Innovation Operations unit has the mandate to support the board area in driving strategic initiatives while securing effective and efficient operations. As part of that team, the Cloud Delivery Process Office coordinates the continuous process improvement for the P&I Cloud Delivery units. Main focus is ensuring process compliance to achieve external attestations/certifications and simplify and harmonize Cloud Delivery processes supporting SAP’s Cloud growth strategy. Ultimate goal are easy to consume and reliable cloud services for our customers.
The team supervise the design and further development of the overall Cloud Delivery Process Map and supports the full process lifecycle (PDCA-Cycle) of individual processes. In addition we ensure appropriate deployment activities (e.g. info sessions and coaching). We work closely with the Delivery Units and the Compliance Office to ensure that the processes fits to business requirements and are compliant to regulatory demands.

Desired profile

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

·  Lead process design activities leveraging industry best practices and relevant norms (e.g. ITIL, ISO9001/27001)
·  Document processes and process assets according the Cloud Delivery & SAP Process documentation standards (PDA OnePager & Signavio)
·  Applying lean principles like identify waste in existing processes and ensure process simplification
·  Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
·  Actively contribute to the overall process improvement and process governance activities ensuring cross Delivery Unit collaboration
·  Manage internal and external process audits in close collaboration with the Compliance Office to achieve the relevant certifications
·  Manage process deployment activities like info sessions, trainings and team coaching
·  Work in an international team and drive global knowledge transfer

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
REQUIRED

·  Bachelor or Master Degree (preferred Computer Science, Engineering or natural science)
·  Excellent communication skills, able to structure and articulate complex topics in a structured way
·  Experience is modeling processes (e.g. BPMN)
·  Project management skills and ability to drive topics
·  Able to consult small teams and initiatives in a highly virtual environment
·  Self-driven to take individual initiatives and able to work with minimal guidance
·  Good analytical skill and technical understanding
·  Knowledge of Cloud based operations (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
·  Fluent in English and German
·  Consulting experience preferred

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

·  0-3 year experience in IT consulting or IT operations
·  0-3 year experience in maturing and automating business processes
·  Experience in process documentation
·  Experience in SAP’s cloud environment preferred
