iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
HR Project Manager
- VIE Contract (W/M)
The position of the HR Project Manager is created in the local HR team in Austria and offers a broad overview of the whole life cycle of the Human Resources business within a small team.
Scope of responsibilities:
The HR Project Manager essentially supports in the daily HR Business and is the first point of contact for the employees and the external stakeholders.
The VIE is also responsible for his/her own HR projects and ensures the smooth running of the HR department, at the affiliate level first but also at the Multi-Country Organization level (Austria-Germany-Switzerland).
HR operative business:
- Management of HR processes (as HR administration, training & development, time management,..), management and maintenance of the internal and external HR tools (HR intranet, career website, etc.) and their corresponding information/documentation
- Answering HR related questions from the employees and accordingly guiding them in the various tools/points of information
- Managing the recruitment process of the other VIEs together with Sanofi France
- Managing the Onboarding process of new employees:
- Person of contact for the future new comers
- Organization of the Welcome Day for the new comers
- In charge of the HR training
- Coordination of the training plan of the new management team members
HR projects:
- Initiating and organizing projects regarding employee development and employee health
- Being responsible for the local health advancement program SanoFIT in cooperation with the communication department
- Updating the training catalog for employees and managers by evaluating the current needs and suggesting new trainings and improvements
- Project Support of all HR related projects in Austria
Requirements:
- Master degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology or other relevant areas
- Ideally first experience in the fields of HR and/or communications
- Being capable of and interested in working in diverse teams and projects
- Communication and presentation skills
- Not only interested in working in HR but also marketing and communications and able to connect these different areas to each other, creative and conceptual work
- Very good knowledge in German and English (at least B2 level)
- French is a plus
