• Development of Medical Affairs strategy in order to maximize the future impact of selected molecules in early development in endocrinology and/or oncology diseases
• Planning and implementation of early Medical Affairs activities for biosimilar medicines
• Representation of Medical Affairs in Global Project Teams
• Support of interactions with regulatory agencies
• Providing medical insights for early products and biopharmaceutical portfolio assessment
• As scientific expert, assess the future impact of biosimilars in early development
• Collaboration with global Key Opinion Leaders and medical societies within the selected therapeutic areas
• Initiation of outreach activities including planning and implementation of advisory boards
• Support of planning and leading clinical studies (Phase IIIb, Phase IV, NIS)
• Building and implementation of publication plans
• Planning and implementation of internal and external trainings
• Planning and implementation of international scientific symposia

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD), Pharmacist or PhD in biosciences
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs and clinical study management (early and late phases)
• Preferably Medical Affairs experience in early stage projects for Endocrinology or Oncology Diseases
• Previous work in international environment
• Excellent ability to bridge science with strategic and analytical skills
• Strong leadership skills and team player
• Strong personality with ability to work in a global environment and global project teams in a matrix structure
• Experience in planning and implementation of medical events (e.g. Advisory Boards, symposia)
• Demonstrated ability to build strong interpersonal relationships outside organizations with a strong focus on reputation and integrity
• Flexible mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to find success in everyday activities
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
