Demand and Inventory Planner (m/f)

Your challenges:
• Maintain Sales & Operations Processes (S&OP) based on local, regional and global Supply Chain guidelines for assigned products
• Ensure a correct and detailed demand planning process based on S&OP key indicators across production and Sales & Marketing
• Conduct target-actual comparison of demand and sales planning and share results of analyses with Marketing, Sales and Finance
• Ensure transparent and pro-active communication of supply and demand constraints to local management and regional functions
• Create, maintain and run SKU level inventory planning for assigned products (finished goods and POS materials), ensure company targets of inventory level are met
• Ensure ideal balance between customer service levels and inventory asset utilization through the S&OP process.
• Manage ordering process in line with the approved S&OP forecast
Proactive involvement in assigned projects and continuous process improvements initiatives

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Preferable APICS certification
• 2-3 years of experience as forecast analyst/planner, ideally in Supply Chain Planning
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, independent and planning-ahead working style
• High work engagement, organization planning, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Fluent German and English in speech and writing
• Profound IT skills (MS Office, Excel)
