Description de la mission

General Planning
As an HR Project Coordinator within a team of 3, your role will be to follow-up on our HR daily business. Your tasks :
- be part of our recruitment process : redaction of job description, sourcing, selection, telephone and face-to-face interview, contract offers,...
- be the point of contact for trainings : use of Safran HE Germany trainings tool, certificates, specific trainings to be organized,...
- support our monthly payroll runs
- continue the follow-up on diverses HR projects : on-boarding process, Safran shares, jubilees, audits...
- deal with general requests coming from our people

Communication & Teambuilding
You will have to support the internal communication to improve team-spirit within Safran HE Germany in direct collaboration with the VIE Communication. Your tasks :
- be part of the realization of our internal newsletter
- develop our feedback culture
- work on organizing internal team-events or events asked by Corporate
- write HR articles to be published on Safran internal portal

Employer Branding
To increase the awareness of Safran in Germany, Safran HE and Safran HE Germany internally and externally still need to define a strategy. Your tasks :
- track best practices from competitors
- support on our social-media activities

HSE
In relation with our Quality department, you will also be managing and supporting the implementation of HSE in adequation with Safran standards
Main focal will be the section health (physical and psychical) and environmental record

Profil recherché

Profil candidat

We are now waiting for your CV if you have :
- master Degree in International Business, HR Administration or Marketing, Psychology
- interest in people, modern marketing products, communication, social media, aviation industry
- strong skills in communication, behavior to embark others, teamoriented, autonomous, strategical thinking but also able to work operational, decision maker, self confident and open minded, flexibility
- good knowledge about Microsoft office, capability to adapt fast and to learn quick
