Job Description

Dans le cadre normal de l'activité :

Assister : apporter les précisions, expliquer la mise en œuvre de l'industrialisation

Prévenir : anticiper les dérives éventuelles de l'industrialisation

Optimiser : mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration rapides

Collaborer : fournir un support au préparateur méthode back-office de son îlot

Dans le cas d'un dysfonctionnement caractérisé de l'industrialisation :

Sécuriser : mettre en œuvre une solution rapide pour en limiter l'impact

Analyser : en déterminer la ou les causes

Améliorer : identifier et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives

Contrôler : vérifier l'efficacité des actions menées

Complementary Description

Assurer le support en production

Maintenir à niveau les opérations d'assemblage en place et proposer des actions d'amélioration

Capitaliser les données géométriques de suivi de production

Participer à l'éradication des non-conformités de type main d'œuvre ou process

Spécifier un besoin outillage

Job Requirements

Technicien BAC+2 / Ingénieur avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience

Technique : maîtriser un procédé complexe

Méthodologie : mener un projet type DMAIC

Leadership : fort potentiel de conviction

Communication : savoir expliquer et démontrer avec des arguments techniques
