Job Description

AU sein du service Système de Management de la qualité, comptant environ 10 personnes, et qui gère: la documentation du système qualité, les audits internes, les habilitations qualité, la navigabilité, les indicateurs, l'archivage.

Activités principales :

Vous intégrerez le département qualité, service Système de Management Qualité, pour effectuer un inventaire et classement de nos archives techniques (plans...)

Le but est d'accompagner notre responsable archiviste dans ses missions et en particulier:

· 
Réalisation des versements : collecte, vérification, complétion des outils, et préparation des versements auprès du prestataire externe.

· 
Demande de consultation et retour de consultation : local archivage interne et prestataire d'archivage externe

· 
Faire des propositions pour l'amélioration des outils utilisés

· 
Récolement des archives du sous-sol du bâtiment H

· 
Identification des locaux d'archivage du site de Colombes

· 
Participation à l'animation du réseau interne des correspondants d'archivage
