Job Description

Au sein du service Gestion Administrative du Personnel, vous accompagnez l'équipe dans la réalisation des activités opérationnelles du quotidien:

· 
Gestion des entrées et des sorties

· 
Intégration des nouveaux embauchés

· 
Gestion des temps et transmission des éléments variables de paie au CSP

· 
Traitement et suivi des éléments contractuels

· 
Accueil et information des salariés et des managers

· 
Modernisation: optimisation des outils, orientation résultats et satisfaction clients

En complément, vous accompagnez le Responsable GAP sur les différents projets visant à améliorer, fiabiliser et digitaliser les processus RH, notamment le changement d'outil GTA, mise en place de l'onboarding, crossboarding, etc...

Job Requirements

Profil RH orienté SIRH, vous démontrez une forte appétence pour la gestion des données et une très bonne maîtrise du Pack-Office.

Vous êtes orienté(e) client, savez faire preuve de créativité, êtes force de proposition et appréciez le travail en équipe.

Rigueur, organisation, confidentialité et bonne humeur exigées !
