Job Description

Intégré(e) à la Direction Assemblage & Supply Chain du site de Bidos, vous accompagnerez l'équipe locale dans le cadre d'un projet de transformation des outils informatiques industriels (notamment la migration du système SAP).

Votre rôle consistera principalement à :

Participer à la préparation, la planification et le suivi des tests utilisateurs (User Acceptance Tests – UAT) ;

Contribuer à la coordination entre les différents acteurs du projet au niveau local ;

Aider à la mise à jour et au suivi des documents de pilotage (plannings, outils de suivi de tests) ;

Appuyer l'animation des réunions de suivi avec les équipes métiers ;

Accompagner la mise en œuvre des actions correctives en lien avec les résultats des tests.

Job Requirements

Vous êtes actuellement en formation Bac+5 en gestion de projet, supply chain ou systèmes d'information.

Vous manifestez un réel intérêt pour les projets de transformation digitale.

Doté(e) d'un bon sens relationnel, vous faites preuve de rigueur et d'organisation.

Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils bureautiques et avez une appétence pour les environnements collaboratifs et les outils de gestion de projet.

Des connaissances en ERP, notamment SAP, seraient un atout apprécié.
