1.Provide tailored compliance training to business team by functions as according to the annual training matrix and plan designed by DC compliance head. Timely tracking both online and classroom compliance training record to ensure the target completion rate. Keep all training are properly recorded. 2.Review and advise on compliance of daily sales, marketing, medical and any relevant activities, including pre-approval of HCO/HCP related events as according to Roche compliance requirements. 3.Perform regular compliance monitoring activities on daily HCO/HCP events as according to the monitoring plan designed by DC compliance head. The monitoring scope will include but not limited to onsite event check, document forensic audit and verification of free of charge products. Timely address and report if there is any non-compliance issues being identified to DC compliance officer. 4.Support DC compliance officer to kick off and coordinate on tailored DC compliance projects & initiatives. Ensure good communication with compliance champion in different functions. Timely tracking the status of each projects to ensure a proper loading and implementation. 5.Maintain compliance documentation system to ensure all compliance initiatives are properly recorded; 6.Provide data analysis support to ensure the effectiveness of each compliance programs; 7.Conduct verfication on DC China compliance issues as according to Roche requirements, followed by timely conclusion and corrective actions; 8.Executing and coordination Data Privacy and Record Management for DC China in supporting to CoreMap Leader; 9.Other tasks assigned by line manager
