We are currently looking for a Junior Designer Innovation Footwear (m/f).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

·  Deliver designs fitting with Innovation team initiatives
·  Display awareness and understanding of the sports consumer and marketplace
·  Conceptualize unique and relevant footwear concepts that leverage research and insights from the team
·  Work with project management team members to transfer designs that adhere to costing goals while advancing innovation initiatives
·  Assist in shaping concept story material
·  Follow-up on designs and design deliverables in a timely manner
·  Partner with on-site factory engineers

Qualifications:

·  Degree in creative studies, design or equivalent
·  Relevant work experience desired
·  Proficient level in Photoshop and Illustrator
·  High level drawing skills
·  Strive to create new products that perform and excite
·  Passion for beauty and love for aesthetic
·  Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
·  Openness to international travel
