INDUSTRIAL FINANCIAL ANALYST HF

Job description

For our plant in Sao Paulo there is need for a comprehensive and frequent performance analysis to check execution of Industrial Plans in the Americas. The main objective is to support plants and industrial leadership to assess performance and enable appropriate decision making.
Missions :
- Produce and analyze performance reports;
- Produce and analyze financial statements and reports;
- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly review ;
- Stipulate control parameters or standards, which are defined as the benchmarks against which the organization's performance will be compared;
- Develop a system of planning and budget control that allows the preparation of projections and simulations, considering different scenarios, the operational, economic and financial results of the organization ;
- Produce the comparative analysis between the results and the control standards previously established to ascertain the existence of differences, called deviations, between the results and the control standards ;
- Produce relevance analysis, which aims to determine if deviations are relevant in terms of compromising organizational objectives ;
- Prepare alternatives for a possible solution of the deviation or problem, which will be passed on to the managers responsible for the various organizational sectors responsible for the occurrence of the deviation ;
We are looking for :
- Graduated in Accounting, Administration, Economics or Engineering ;
- Solid knowledge in Finance, Management Control, Auditing, Accounting and Legislation ;
- Finance, Process and planning rigor, detailed-oriented, results-oriented, high level of excel knowledge, fluent communication in English and desirable in Spanish ;
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate resources remotely and influence areas functionally.
