Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the Demand Analyst position in Kyiv.

Main Responsibilities:

· Stock allocation among Distributors and Clients;
Management of information sharing related to promo campaigns, new products launches, packaging changes etc., providing timely changes in system;
· Replenishment master data maintaining (out of stock, transit and quotas upload to the system);
· Coordination of communication between Customer Service Department and the customers, with other departments;
Monitoring of failures in the system, informing responsible functions, correcting mistakes.
· Effective support of the Department operations through timely reports preparation;
Introduction of changes in the system for the product range, logistic information;
· Providing other vital information required for KPIs achievement.

Main Requirements:

· University Degree;
· 1+ years of preferably operational experience in Customer Service, Demand or Supply Planning, Materials Handling area (basic understanding);
Experience in related business improvement projects;
Excellent net-working, planning & organizational capabilities;
Good analytical skills, attention to details;
· Proactive in problem solving and effective in decision making;
· Project management skills;
English - upper intermediate.
