WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
- You will be involved in the management of one of our projects in the automotive industry
- You will carry out general administration activities (project management) and support our engineering team in the engineering center
- You will take care of time registration activities with Projectile, our project management tool
- You will take care of invoices from suppliers and serve as a coordination partner for the Stuttgart central team
- You will manage the flow of information between all the teams and work closely with our IT administrators
- You will participate in candidates' recruitment process (screening applications, finding the most suitable candidates and conducting first phone or Skype interviews)
WHAT ATTRIBUTES YOU BRING ALONG:
- You have successfully completed your engineering studies in the field of mechanical engineering, ideally with a focus on the automotive industry
- You bring programming skills along and are proficient with Microsoft Office tools
- You have excellent communication skills, both in German (B2 level at least) and English (C1 level)
- You feel confident when dealing with different stakeholders and like to take on responsibilities
Location: Maichingen (near Stuttgart)
Duration: between 12 and 24 months
