Job summary:

Outside Catering Sales Coordinator will be responsible for generating new business as well as maintaining existing corporate catering accounts. Preparing all event documentation and coordinates with operational departments to ensure consist, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases of outside property events. Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests . Maximising sales and meeting profit and financial expectations.

Sheraton Warsaw Hotel is dedicated to maintaining the highest reputation within our industry and the Outside Catering Sales Coordinator must be able to sell and keep that promise for the property.

Candidate profile:

·  at least 1+ of professional experience in outside catering or event industry;
·  very good verbal & written communication skills both in Polish and English languages;
·  passionate about event planning and committed to educating themselves on current food & beverage trends;
·  ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under deadline pressure;
·  outstanding communication and developed presentation skills;
·  strong knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
·  opera/ fidelio knowledge will be an asset.
