We are looking for an engaging and driven Head Bartender to join our team at the London EDITION.

As Head Bartender you will:

·  Be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar
·  Have an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well
·  Enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs

Our most successful Head Bartender has:

·  A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge
·  Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant environment
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Excellent service skills
·  Someone who can create a memorable experience for our guests.
·  Flexibility to support the team across the restaurant. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player.

This role is hands-on and requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work weekends and nights
