Job Description :



Responsible for all restaurant & bar functions and staff. As a department head, you will direct and work with managers and associates to successfully execute all restaurant & bar operations. You will strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.

Job Requirements :

Our perfect applicant shall possess the following skills, attributes and experience:

·  Minimum of 1 Year in a similar position
·  Fluent in German and English
·  Experience using Simphony would be an advantage
·  Stylish personal presentation
·  Marriott experience would be an advantage
