Job Description

Responsible for all head chef functions and kitchen brigade. As a department head, you will direkt and work with managers and associates to successfully execute all culinary operations. You will strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.

Job Requirements




Our perfect applicant shall possess the following skills, attributes and experience:

·  Minimum of 1 Year in a similar position
·  Fluent in German and English
·  Passion for Spanish cuisine
·  Marriott experience would be an advantage
