Store Manager (f/m)
- Full-time
Your accountabilities:
- Maintain revenues and profitability in all store areas: Sales, Operations, After Sales Service
- Actively participate in events and maintain a visible presence to develop existing and new client base, projecting a positive and appealing brand image with a special focus on personal knowledge and relation building and maintaining with top customers
- Assess the store's needs and communicate these to the appropriate and local departments
- Monitor and guarantee best product display in the store
- Ensure the training of employees to increase technical and product knowledge and develop sales techniques and stock management
- Actively ensure the application of security, sales and stock processes and procedures
- Resolve client concerns
- Verify alignment to standards of discount and ways of payment applied by sales force and drive their action accordingly
- Monitor and provide tools for the sales people to help understand and increase sales performances
- Act as an organizational interface towards the local marketing assuring the implementation of CRM strategies and procedures to enhance the customer base in quality and quantity

Profil recherché

Experience required : Minimum 2 years
Your qualifications:
- Extensive experience in a similar, managerial position in a high end luxury retail sales environment
- Expertise in retail store operations and sales techniques
- Knowledge of marketing, media and merchandising techniques
- Extensive product knowledge of BVLGARI or other luxury brand jewellery, watches and accessories products
- Excellent networking and customer development abilities
- Knowledge of store processes and procedures
- Fluent in German and in English, any other language an advantage
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Taxi, TCRM, SAP CS, Web Applications)
- Negotiation and Economic awareness
- Team building, Managerial effectiveness as well as Empowering and Coaching
