Responsabilities :
- Finalize the sale. Ensure a personal follow-up of the client
- Build customer loyalty
- Make sure the store is correctly taken care of and make sure there is a permanent customer service in store
- Send weekly reportings
Missions :
- Welcome the clients
- Make contact with the clients. Listen to and identify the clients' needs, inform them and give them advice
- Introduce and highlight the articles; develop an argument on products to the customers.
- Ensure the reception of the deliveries and the storage of the items according to the visual merchandising of the store
- Control the stocks and the restocking of the store to be able to permanently satisfy the clientele
- Follow Retail & CRM Excellence procedures
- Ensure a personalized follow-up of clients and contribute to their loyalty
Desired profile
Expérience requise : Minimum 2 ans

Profile:
- More than 2 years in sales in a luxury and fashion environment
- A strong taste for fashion
- Skills: strong sense of business, service-oriented, fashion culture, reactivity, dynamism
- Languages : A fluent level in German & English is required. A 3rd language is ideal.
