Bulgari Corporation of America is looking for a Perfume Brand Ambassador at our Bloomingdale's 59th St. location. The Brand Ambassador will represent and communicate our brands to customers through sales competency, product expertise and by providing the highest level of customer service. This position requires someone that is personable, energetic, highly organized and hard working. Individuals should have a passion for the industry and should enjoy working with a team.

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 2 years
Client & Service Expert:
 
- Ability to sell all Bulgari perfume brands and upsell to achieve individual sales goals
- Responsible for ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service
- Use suggestive selling techniques; tie-in marketing and storewide promotional opportunities when appropriate
- Uphold all store policy and procedure guidelines
- Show respect and courtesy to customers and fellow employees
- Act with honesty, integrity and professionalism at all times
 
Maximize In-Store Opportunities:
- Exceed monthly and seasonal sales plans, with focus on exceeding expectations for new launches and key selling moments.
- Be an influencer to others, in order to increase Bulgari Perfume market share
 
In-Store Standards:
- Partner to ensure product is filled in daily
- Ensure that store standards are maintained on an ongoing basis
